On March 11, 2011 a 9.0 earthquake struck Japan.  It was the most powerful known earthquake to have hit Japan and one of the five most powerful earthquakes in the world overall since 1900.  This earthquake triggered Tsunami waves up to 128’ high.  Over 15,000 people died and thousands more injured and still missing. I feel we all need to show our support and help to those who have been affected by these devastating disasters. My heart and prayers go out to all the people who were affected by these natural disasters. If you see fundraisers or requests for donations, remember how much America was helped when Katrina hit the Louisiana area. Every penny counts.

Let us learn from these tragedies, and see how much we should value our own lives and count our blessings. Let us learn to appreciate our lives, and don’t let stress get to you.  Let us help others, and remember how lucky we are.  If you can walk, talk, smile, laugh, cry, or just breathe, think how incredible that is.  Smile and be happy.  Take charge of your life by taking charge of your thinking and your attitude.
